A foundational pillar in which all health is based. Content is focused on understanding how to optimize digestion, without the ability to fully & efficiently digest your food your body holds onto the excess and is stored.
And remember, you must digest more than just your food- we will cover ways to digest everything that you take in from all 5 senses in order to leave the body clear & full of usable energy. As well as ways to nourish & support all 7 tissue layers.

We will cover practical ways to improve your quality & quantity of sleep. As well as understand the difference between sleep & rest and how to incorporate rest into your daily life.
As women in the modern world it can challenging to find time for yourself. You will learn practices that you can implement if you only have 5 mins or 5 hours.
A restful state is essential for healthy digestion, repair & rejuvenation. Get the rest you’ve been longing for.
