The majority of my clients come to me because they’re tired of feeling like their bodies are working against them. They’re in constant pain or they feel absolutely run down at the end of the day.
This service provides the know-how and how-to in order to build strength, lose weight and move better. An opportunity to work with a professional to address any lingering injuries or uncertainties so you have no reason to continue living a sedentary lifestyle.
With a Bachelors in Kinesiology, a post-grad in Exercise Science and a specialty in Pre- and Postpartum training, my mission is to get people moving and continue to move well.
A Sedentary Lifestyle Means You Are Inactive At Least 6 Hours Per Day
The purpose of this service is to educate people on the different types of movement that can be done throughout the day to keep them mobile and pain free. While also providing guidance and support to ensure each client feels confident to continue to engage in an active lifestyle even after we finish working together. Studies have shown that people who engage in an active lifestyle report better brain function and mood, lower risk of dis-ease and an increased quality of life.
Over the years, I have assisted people to reconnect with their bodies, feel good and move well again. If you have an injury that’s keeping you from being active or you just don’t know where or how to begin, I can support you on your journey to an active and pain-free life.
